Final cooking club this week for this group. We had a busy evening making apple crumble and chocolate goo. To make our crumble we used apples which had been grown in our own fruit orchard. We used the rubbing in method to make the topping and then took them home to cook and eat with custard or ice cream. To finish off we made a delicious refrigerator cake with chocolate, mars bars and golden syrup.It was delicious.
