This week, Robin class have been busy learning all about their body and their skeleton. We have labelled the different parts and have talked about how important our body is to us.

This week, we have had a mad scientist in school. She delivered an assembly showing us lots of interesting experiments and we even got involved. Tonight, letters will be sent home with details of workshops to be held after school each week. Be sure to return the form to get involved. IMG_1244
With a busy year ahead for year 2 and year 6, the children have partnered up to ensure they can look out for each other. Lots of lovely new friendships have already appeared and it'll be great to see these develop over the year as they get to know each other.
It has been a fantastic first day back for all. In Hawk class, we got stuck straight into our new topic, Ancient Greece. We worked in groups to identify the seven continents of the world and are beginning to understand where Ancient Greece takes place on a timeline of historical events.
Today we took part in The Oldham School Baton Relay. We took part in this activity along with 43 other primary and secondary schools from Oldham this event has been taking place over the last two days. We received the baton from Freehold School and we ran with it to Lyndhurst School. Thank you to our fantastic runners Harrison,...
