Well done to Woodpecker this morning who produced a fantastic assembly all about the Royal Wedding and the Royal’s ancestors. Take a look at our photos and videos...
This afternoon Woodpecker class have worked extremely hard drawing their matching half of Tudor portraits. With a lot of perseverance, we have created some fantastic portraits which are now ready to go up onto our new Tudor display.
As a school family, we gathered today to remember those who fought for our country.
We took time to think of them and the sacrifice they made for us.
We all placed a poppy in memory of them.
Corpus will remember them.
We visited Tesco, Chadderton today as part of the farm to fork trail scheme.
We had a fantastic time exploring the store and meeting everyone.
We loved trying all the different foods, including cheese and bread.
After, we even made our own bread like they made in the bakery in the story of 'The Great Fire of London'.
Thank you for a wonderful trip, Tesco!...
Year 5 & 6 were lucky enough to visit Rozafa Greek restaurant in Manchester.
The children were able to try a variety of different dishes and relate this to our Ancient Greek topic.
