Today, Robin and Sparrow Class had their class assembly all about people who help us.
They have been learning all about the real life superheroes we meet everyday.
They also thought about what they want to be when they grow up.

Today we visited Salford Cathedral to celebrate the work of St Joseph's Penny and the work that Caritas does.
Thank you to all the money that was raised this year for the St Joseph's Penny collection during Lent.
Today we celebrated our International Mass at Corpus Christi Church.
Nations gathered together at Mass and celebrated the diversity we have in our parish.
After Mass, we gathered together in our Parish Hall and tried food from all different cultures.
EYFS had another special visitor today. They had a visit from a real life superhero- a police officer.
We asked her lots of questions and she even pretended to arrest us.

They showed us all their equipment and told us how they use it all.

As many of you may know, over the past year, our friend Ronnie has been receiving treatment for leukaemia at Manchester Children's Hospital. Our recent fundraising event consisted of a 30minute danceathon lead by Leesa Vain's Dance Academy.
