Some of our Year 3 and 4 children have been studying fractions of amounts, using real life contexts such as cake recipies and prices of items which could be sold in a supermarket. Their work is looking fantastic and will soon be ready to go up on display!

Polling day at Corpus has arrived!
Today the children of Corpus Christi had the opportunity to have their voices heard and vote for their class councillors.
It was great day and the children loved their first experience of democracy.

Kingfisher class have had a lovely reflective afternoon, thinking about why some people do extraordinary things. In RE we keep a big book in every classroom where we can display group work, photographs and collective ideas/responses. Here is a photograph of us decorating our Come and See book with responses.
The sun was shining and the children haven't stopped smiling. A huge thank you to all staff and parents for supporting this event and making it a success. Mozart came out as overall winners but all the children are winners in our eyes. Here is a slow motion video courtesy of Mr Thompson :)
