Today in Literacy we began using coordinating conjunctions to extend our writing. We played memory games to help us recall the FANBOYS words. After this, we created silly sentences using the FANBOYS, nouns, verbs and adjectives to put our skills into practice! Some of our sentences were very funny and made Miss Boothroyd and Miss Farrell laugh a lot!
In Numeracy, we recapped our place value skills by giving our friends a number, then lining ourselves up from smallest to largest! It got even trickier when we were not allowed to use out voices. We have to find other ways to tell our friends what value we had!

Today we had our final cooking club lesson for Year 3 children. We made chocolate goo which tasted delicious and was made from lots of chocolate, rice krispies, mars bars and golden syrup. Then we finished off with a pudding made from yoghurt, nectarines, kiwi fruit and strawberries.
We went down to Duckling class and helped our prayer partners make a paper church, we did lots of fun activities.
